How We Make It
Built backwards from the first day of class
Every order follows the same discipline: locked specifications, proofs before printing, and inspection before packing.
School notebooks are a deadline product, so we plan production backwards from the first day of class in the destination country. The ruling is set to the country's standard — Seyes, single-line or quadrille — and held as a reusable template, so repeat orders skip prepress entirely. Paper is ordered to the GSM the tender specifies, and covers are printed on coated board that survives nine months in a schoolbag. Binding is chosen for the climate and the price point: saddle stitch for high-volume runs, sewn or PUR for books that must survive heat and humidity. Every pallet is counted, labelled and loaded for the destination port with the customs documents your market requires.
